    There are now over 400 complaints re the same problem. Is anybody looking into this or is the best thing to just find a different app ? So disappointing and frustrating!!

    Fuck them, they dont have a work around for games lost. They probably dont even speak English. They could care less.

    This is the third time I have lost my progress, I, 'he tried to find a way to hide how to reset & regain my points & accomplishments, it made the game more fun and challegning. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Since this was a free game, I sure hope there is NO fee to this issue, if so please inform in advance!

    My kindle crashed and like others have lost all data, including crowns :( Would like input on restoration rather than questions from everyone having similar issues. Also agree with recent closure of games during play and the need to reopen, again, again and again...

    I have 158,127 points on my android but don't know how to transfer them to my Kindle...the app is on both devices.

    I need to replace my phone but don't want to lose my points. What can I do?

    I was on level 804 and the app crashed! I don’t want to start at level 1 again!! So angry and very frustrated...HELP! I see I am not alone in having this issue, but I don’t see any responses.

    This is exactly what’s happening to me! It kept crashing the other day so I deleted and re-downloaded and now I lost all my progress 😩

    My game is frozen. I have not been able to play it in weeks. Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall?

    Has it been fixed? Please hurry. I am 80. I cannot wait too long🤒.
