I played and won all the levels for the new game of completing phrases but after the 50 and 100 coins, was not credited with the 500 nor 1000 coins.

Taken us from 2000 coins down to 1000 has taken away my desire to work hard for 1st place. It’s like a cut in salary. The Wordscapes Bloom gives 1000 for 1st, always has, but their puzzles are typically for younger players or bored adults. LOL 😂 Really bummed about the coin reduction. What’s the point the creators were making I wonder?
I play to wile away time but not feeling so competitive now.

idontknow - apologies if you already know this and are just pointing out that no one is posting anything helpful to your needs, but this is simply a forum (like a chat room), so you have to contact customer/app support directly with any specific questions you may have or help you may need if you aren’t finding the info you need on here.
Go to settings, click on support, then there’s an option to “Send us a message”. It’s the first option under the search bar, right above this feedback forum.
I don’t know how fast or effective the response rate is, but to my knowledge (although I’ve sent them a couple messages myself, I’m still new to this aspect of the app), that’s the only way to contact support directly.
