just play the game because it's fun, and exercises your mind!! prizes would be fun, but the game it self is fun.

I am stuck in a tournament to get as many stars as I can. Can somebody tell me how to get started. I see the clock ticking down but have hit every conceivable button without success. What do I do?
Just above the heading "Feedback Forum", there is a heading, "Contact Us". You should get a response there.

What’s the purpose of these coins as most have written seriously, 100 coins don’t get you much of a clue anyway, the weekend contests you describe as “Great prizes” is the same mundane coins every weekend.
The bees are a joke, players have no control of when and how many they can use at any given time even when they BUY THEM!, don’t get me wrong it’s a great app but you all seem lost now on how to keep us interested. You’re making money and good money at that so how about getting a clue to keep us really interested, playing and most of all using word of mouth to get you more players!
Oh, and ACTUALLY reply to your users.
Have a blessed day,
Great game! I like the new levels.

I don’t like the upgrade either. I feel like the game has become real cheap ass, like 1 hint as a “daily prize.”
Hey, software people, the “prizes” are not real and sure as hell not coming out of your lint-filled pockets so what gives?
As others have said, not a good way to keep your customers!
The tournaments only give you 2,000 coins for coming out on top. Just have fun playing and don’t stress about the tournaments. When you have over 100,000 coins, the tournaments are kind of silly to me.
I want my daily Wordscape back!

How many coins are accumulated before they are lost?
I agree with liking the game for what it is, but I honestly can't see the point of coins. Why even have them? It's just collecting them for the sake of collecting them. So... you get all the come ons to buy more coins, but for what purpose?
Prior to this latest upgrade, at least it was fun watching your coin cart grow. Now, tho, u have a piggy bank that maxes out your coins and it still wants another 3 bucks for more coins. Again, I ask why? The coins have no real value... not even for, say, a week of ad free play.
Seriously, watching all those coins fall into nothingness once the piggy bank is full is psychologically the opposite of how to draw people in and keep them coming back. That's simple Psych101. And ya know what? Even knowing that, I'm finding myself turned off and moving over to Hex Block. At least there's no pretense there of "rewards", other than a self-satisfied sense of accomplishment.
Dunno... is it just me? Or is anyone else feeling the same since the update? It's dumb, I guess... but this little game got me thru many hours in hospital waiting rooms lately. I hate losing the enjoyment and sense of accomplishment of seeing those coins rack up on the cart... even tho I knew they didn't get ya any kind of reward.
Why did uhh
