I asked support to help me recover lost progress since I was on level 8,545 before I reinstalled the app to troubleshoot long load times. I had 390,000 brilliance points on that file before I lost my progress. Later, support "adjusted" my file so that I am on level 6,001 with 390,000 brilliance points. This is impossible under normal circumstances, since I presume the brilliance points are a function of your current level. I wonder if my save data or file is corrupted or invalid...
