    idontknow - apologies if you already know this and are just pointing out that no one is posting anything helpful to your needs, but this is simply a forum (like a chat room), so you have to contact customer/app support directly with any specific questions you may have or help you may need if you aren’t finding the info you need on here.

    Go to settings, click on support, then there’s an option to “Send us a message”. It’s the first option under the search bar, right above this feedback forum.

    I don’t know how fast or effective the response rate is, but to my knowledge (although I’ve sent them a couple messages myself, I’m still new to this aspect of the app), that’s the only way to contact support directly.

    I suppose other users in the forum could provide some input or answers, but my previous comment is the only way (that I am aware of) to contact customer support directly, which is your best bet to get any real answers, especially if you have any technical questions (i.e. tournament won’t load) or errors within the app (i.e. refunds, etc.).

    Mykol & Kristi (& any others asking) - the reason we aren’t getting any answers here is because this is simply a forum (aka chat room) amongst users.

    I don’t know how quick or effective the response rate is, but in order to send a question to customer support, go to settings, click on support, then click on the option “Send us a message”. It’s the first thing under the search bar and above this feedback forum.

    Hope this helps, because I’ve sent them a couple messages myself and would appreciate a response!

    Ktown - Yes! Totally agree! The tournaments are fun and should be available during the week, not just on the wknds. I’ve actually sent in a couple messages suggesting/requesting this, but no response yet...

    Chelle - I’m on level 2,000 something and my hints are 100.

    And to everyone - mine have always been 100 since level 1. What is the deal??

    I also don’t think they should charge you for the coins in your piggy bank once it’s full. Maybe if you want the coins early, but we earn those coins outright so they should be free once it’s full. It should be a reward for playing the game and earning them, not a purchase punishment!

    I say lower it even more than to 50! Coins are hard enough to earn, then they want 100 coins for 1 single hint?? It takes completing a set of 16 puzzles just to earn 25 coins! I love this game, but the coin situation is whack.
